Travel, hotel accommodations, transportation, and the Sunday Surprise Earned Experience are not included with ticket purchase.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee up to 30 days before the event. After that deadline, tickets cannot be transferred or reassigned. Transfers must be submitted through Nueva and tickets may not be resold for profit.
Event schedule, speakers, programming, and experiences are subject to change.
The Sunday Surprise Earned Experience requires separate qualification and is not included with ticket purchase. Qualification details will be announced separately.
